Nyota Care facilitated a parenting session for 30 caregivers in collaboration with Deliverance Church Tassia-Baraka, Nairobi. The agenda was Parenting in the 21st Century; the Role of Fatherhood in Child Development.

The 2024 International Day of Play event was organized by Early Start Africa, Nairobi County Government and other partner CSOs including Nyota Care Innovations. It was held at Little Rock Learning Centre. The Nyota Director ad to opportunity to speak about the importance of play in stimulating holistic development of young children including; learners with special needs. Attendees included; caregivers, teachers and children including those with disabilities.

The training of 35+ childcare centres with 0 –3 years children, from Dandora – Embakasi North and Riverbank, Kwa Ndege-Embakasi East. The Nyota Care training series objectives: To build the capacity of caregivers in the provision of quality early childhood development (ECD) services, in relation to the Nurturing Care Framework (NCF) and to provide knowledge and skills on child protection and child rights within the childcare center settings.
